Lafabah NextGen empowers the next generation of leaders through structured programs, professional development, and academic growth. Our framework is built on three core pillars:
Tiered Mentorship
A multi-level guidance program where seasoned professionals mentor young adults, who in turn step up to guide and inspire our younger students.
Networking Events
Professional platforms connecting our rising stars with established corporate, tech, and community leaders.
High School Networking Events
A dedicated forum tailored specifically for high schoolers, bridging the gap between high school, university life, and career readiness.
